Cheatted by Cell C again

i really want to know why do you keep on reping people off with your lies saying you are cheap however you are over charging us.

i bought R50 airtime on saturday because i wantrd to buy 600mb data however it kept saying that you request has been received and u will get update soon i think it happened 3 times but nothing. then around 19:30 to 19:35i logged into facebook and whatsapp but my battery was flat and the phone died to my suprise when i wake i am left with airtime balance of R1.49 and 0 mb..

when i called ur agent Ntokozo was very rude to me and didnt even give me a chance to explain my side. to make this worse this is not the first time and for that i cannot afford to be a victim over and over because u are lying to us about being cheap i believe it is high time i go back to my vodacom because i know with them high is high and low is low . stop cheating us my numbers are **********
