Cheating me out of 16Mbps.

Every month or two for over a year I’ve been buying the 200GB data bundle and got an average download speed of about 18 Mbps.

Problem = For the past 2-3 months my data balance stopped showing in the *147# menu and during the exact same period the download speed dropped to less than 2 Mbps.

When I USSD via Huawei B315: *147# Option 3 = Balance Option 4 = Data Available Data: 0 MB

Solution = Get my data balance to show when I dial *147# which will probably resolve the issue.
