Cheating Me
My Son's Sony Xperia; on contract; on my name; stopped charging after only 14 months. I handed it in for an assessment. I waited two months for the phone as they never bothered to sms me and of course the phone is beyond its warranty period and then; low and behold; they can't fix it because EVERYTHING on the phone is broken!!!!!
So; now I am sitting with a broken phone and 8 months left on a contract of which I cannot use as the phone is "broken".
Well guess what. I took the phone to my local cell phone shop and they fixed it for R400!

We apologize for the manner in which this matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused. We have our repairs department which assists even when the device is out of warranty depending on whether the customer accepts or rejects the quote and if the customer accepts the quote the device is repaired.
