cheated into taking what i did not want

hi on the 12/05 i went to cell c shop in Durban looking for a contract phone which was Samsung trend neo for R300,00+-, the gentleman assisted to me said i do not qualify for the particular phone so he then suggested to give me 2 Microsoft phone with the price of 1 which will be R150 altogether, i did not want 2 phones but looking at the deal i said OK and took cellphones only to recover when i get my copy that these phones do not go together he gave me 2 contracts and i will be paying R300 every month, i then went back told him he must cancel the contracts i don't want them anymore because he cheat me into taking them he refused said i must sell them and come pay the commitment fee but i cant sell phones now he must take them back and cancel this contract or at least live 1 phone with me now the guy is sooo rude when i talk to him.told me there's nothing he can do to help me. from what i saw there those guys are greedy and in a hurry to push sales with false adverti*****t.<br> <br> please assist because i wont be paying for 2 different contracts since i can only use 1 of the cellphones.
