Cheated

I'm a prepaid customer . And I enjoy cellc services because there affordable but I feel cheated . I'm on a mega bonus tarrif and I use my phone for social networks , I expect my phone to use my mega bonus and not the airtime . But then a few hours go buy and I see I have no airtime but mega bonus . I feel really cheated because this has been happening for months . I also find that sometimes I do not recieve " that one of your data bundles has depleted " and it eats my airtime . If I do at times it's always late and my airtime is gone . I spend a lot of money on airtime . I don't expect to feel cheated like this .
