cheap network refuses customer a handset

<p>Cell C has downgraded the size of handsets recently and if you an apple or Samsung fan thats great. if you like brands like LG, Sony, Huawei or moto, you out of luck, being a loyal customer to cell c for 8 years now. i needed to upgrade my contact and i was absolutely disgusted with the poor range of cell phones that they have. its almost as if the network is too broke to get anything besides samsung and apple. I recently tried to find out if they could order a phone for me and they gave me a long story, I spoke to 20 different people, and they all know nothing including going to the store in the ridge shallcross. this is first time that i actually just want to cancel my contract and move to another network because every other network in south africa has the phone that i want besides Cell C. worst experience ever. im still waiting for a reply because the branch in shallcross sent an email to the head offices and hasnt received a reply yet. what nonsense is that? its been 5 days. i would say that people should stay away from cell c because they litterally are the worst network in south africa.</p>
