Charginge me for a service not delivered

Cellc Stole from me and refused to pay me back, Stpopped debit order! they canceled my contract and blocked the device without notification. Now they want me to pay for a device that I was not using due to their inconvenience.<br> <br> I have not received any apology from Cellc for the mess that they have caused.
