Charging more

It seem like my problem is not ending with cell c , I was complaining about insurance that I didn't ask for. Now they are sending me statement telling me am in arrears of R521 what is happening with this money because all I know is I have installment of R300 a month not this . Cell c must stop charging us more ayiii we are working hard for that money
