charging me for a new phone

Cell c charged me R10,983.90 for a new phone after I sent my phone in for repairs. They then told me that the warenty was only 12 months for an apple phone when their contracts supply a 24 month warranty. They are now sending my phone back to me and telling me they will not fix ir unless I pay the quoted amount.
