Charging for service not received

I cancelled my contracts and needed to pay cancelation fees that I did in time. Contracts were to be cancelled end March. So 1 April contracts not cancelled phoned them and they said sorry and cancelled by 10 am. NOW they are charging me 1 and a half month subscription for april. Phoned twice and both times the person said someone will get back to me. BUT LIKE ALWAYS NOBODY DOES!!!!!! <br> So please somebody get back to me ASAP!!!!!
