Charging but no delivering! No solution to case reported irrespective of promises to do so!

Once again, shocking service!

Have been paying for data bundle but not receiving it due to "validation server still had not updated the usage for the current month"

Called over last weekend, was assured resolutions within 2 business days - now nearly a week later and no resolve!!!!

Empty promises and automated responses from call staff, can you get some sort of escalation department to deal with queries that are unresolved....??!!!!!
