Charging 6 times more for Data and just add R500 on account

<p>My account has more than double for August, this company is just adding more and more on my account. 2GB data that cost me R64.43 per month is now all of a sutton R402.63 per month. Now they also charged me an extra R500 per month for Smartdata Internet. Why??? I cannot understand how they just adding and changing my account. I need some answers and my refund today. I will also takes this to the ombudsman. I asked them last week to send me an account with my detailed usage for the last year. I am still waiting. Ref: ********** ********** 4.</p>
