Charges not for my account

Since last year ive been fighting and mouning !nothing sorted !no feedback , still every month the debit a closed bank acount ,they kerp on charching me R70 - R140 every month on my statement ! Can someone PLEASE contact me to sort out my account and refund me all the R70 youve been adding ! I actually dont even want an account with Cell C anymore .

Why do yoy have branches , they cant assist with anything ! Always please contact headoffice , they also never assist
