Charges ecxeeding contract amount - no feedback

<p>My reference nr is ***. I agreed on paying R199.00 per month for 5G and have been paying that for the past 18 months. In March I was debited with R2 33.93 and after querying it was told that I exceeded my 5G. I confirmed that I have a contract to pay R199 pm and no more and that I was not to be allowed to exceed the 5G. The person I spoke to said that they will have to search for the recording which I agreed on. I have since made numerous phone calls and have had no feedback. The last person said that a Naomi Pillay will phone me back the same day. No one has phone. I have since been debited with over R700 again. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET FEEDBACK AND HAVE THIS SORTED OUT??????</p>
