Charged more than what i signed up for!!!!

Dear Cell C,<br> <br> I have opened a case for you guys to investigate WHY am suddenly paying +- R100 more on my account than what I SIGNED UP FOR!!!!<br> <br> I have not heard a thing from Cell C in probably 2 weeks, where I have called to follow up.<br> <br> Please note that the EXACT SAME ****ING THING happened when I took out a contact in Dec 2012. For MONTHS I got charged incorrectly, taking cell C MONTHS to correct.<br> <br> Please get someone to sort this out ASAP. <br> <br> I have one question... How difficult is it the **** someone's contract up like this, I again have to question the competence in your company. Its not rocket science, the computer says \this customer wants this package
