Charged line only rings, no answer!!

<p>I lost my phone and have been trying to claim with Csurance, I have been unable to contact them even just once, I have sent my claim forms via email, sent sms's to recieve a call back, and called them everyday for the last week held on the line forever and wasted my airtime with the outcome of still receiving no assistance. This is really stressful as it should not be this hard to get the service you pay for. Also if I pass the window to claim I most probably would be told I cannot claim even though they were not contactable. I need help please! </p>
