Charged incorrectly with no resolution

I made a payment on my payment date which is the 25th September, but was still charged debit order penality fee of R70/R80, My question is that why am I charged a debit order fee when I made an eft payment on my payment date. It would was going to be understandable if I made payment after my payment date, Called the customer care requested to speak to supervisor, Supervisor (Tumisho Motsepe) was very sarcastic, requested to speak to OM, all the managers was apparently on annual leave. I was promised to get a callback from OM on the 26/09/18. I am still awaiting feedback. I always make eft payment before my payment date yet Cell C has been charging me the R70/R80 debit order fee, from September till date. I need an explanation on this as it is not the first problem that I experienced up until I reported it on Hello Peter. This is also affecting my credit record. I wanted to upgrade and take 2 cellphones plus a laptop. will go join Telkom. I'm very disapointed.
