Charged for services not suncribed too

Good Day<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer with Cell C for over 15 years, i have two contracts.<br> I am being charged for content services which i have not subscribed too.<br> Cell C response gave the contact details to unsubscribe which is proving to be mission, The number just rings.<br> <br> Why does Cell C pay this over from my credit card without my consent, why cant Cell stop of subscriptions<br> I.<br> <br>
