CHARGED FOR SERVICE NEVER PROVIDED

I have been a client of Cell C for over 20 years. My first and ONLY cell provider EVER. recently I found out that I have been charged for many years ( at least 8 - I do not know ) for a service called ITEMISED BILLING. Now I have two TOP - UP contracts and itemized billing is therefor not required. What is WORSE is that I NEVER received an itemized bill in all these years. Thus I have been paying for a service that was never provided ( and not needed or wanted ). I brought this to the attention of CELL C. Or TRIED to. There resolution ( after MANY CALLS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE TO THEM )was to refund me 3 MONTHS of itemized billing ( about R60 ) as it was my responsibility to cancel a service that I never knew I had or asked for. although this is surely not TCF - lets give it to them - BUT,BUT,BUT..... Their OWN records show that these bills were NEVER SENT to me ( OOPS! )that means I have been PAYING for a service NOT RENDERED and they are unwilling to refund it. AS THEY SAY - " CELL SEE FOR YOURSELF "
