Charged for Midnight Data

I have been charged for the use of free midnight data. I have contacted CELL C and the consultants do not understand what I am complaining about. I have spent hours trying to explain but can not get and answer from them, I have been charged about R500.00 for the use of the midnight data. Nearly every time I phone in I am told a consultant will come back to me this does not happen.
