charged for a sim swap

I'm really out of options and don't know what I should say about Cellc.<br> <br> I have been complaining and only when I put my complaint on HelloPeter I get the assistance I need.<br> <br> I have done an upgrade with Cellc and had to book my phone for repairs and my sim card which I have done a sim swap was with the phone. Now I had taken the initiative to go buy a sim card and do a sim swap to replace the sim that is with cellc I am told that they will charge me for the sim swap. Cellc repairs has my sim and they will not be returning my sim so now I'm being billed for the airtime, sms and data bundles that im not using and they still want to charge me for a sim swap of which they have my sim sitting @ their repairs department gathering dust.<br> <br> I'm seriously not happy with Cellc @ all and even think I should not even do the sim swap just wait for the contract to end and port to MTN <br> <br> angry customer for 6 years<br>
