Charged for a debit order when payment was done
Good day
As stated in all my calls with cell c over the past couple of days, payment wad made 3 days before the official debit order date, its not my fault that February has 28 days.
Why am i being charged a penalty fee for a debit order that didnt go through. 2 if payment was made using the pay fast service immediately after cellc sends and sms to advise that payment was received as stated in the screen shot and the system updates to a 0.00 balance what did you try and debit on the 28th February?
We are not referring to March debit order that failed arrangements was made and the debit was paid in April off R888 R409 for March R409 FOR APRIL R70 PENALTY FOR MARCH
WHAT IS THAT R70 for February?
So all other payments get done the same way and no debit order run is done but only February, Im not paying that penalty as its not my fault Feb only has 28 days

I DO PAYMENT ON THE PAYFAST SYSTEM USING MY ATM CARDS ITS NOT A PROBLEM JUST FEB MONTH, SO IF FEB DID NOT HAVE 28 DAYS I WOULDNT HAVE HAD THE PROBLEM, IF I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT WHY DID YOUR SYSTEM ALLOW ME, I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT TO *** ON THE 25TH OF MAY.
S**** THAT MONEY COS IM NOT PAYING IT
You telling me a week or 2 before the time while you consultants tells us 3 days before the time so clearly someone is in the wrong business cos not everyone is saying the same thing.
I make payment now using your pay fast system and the payment goes through, the cell c system then shows us 0.00 balance what exactly did you try to debit on the 28th of Feb.
All payments gets made on the 25th of the month why is only Feb a problem cos it has 28 days?
Please explain why does Cell C send the sms thank you for payment and you system www.cellc.co.za shows a 0.00 balance.
