Charged for a closed account

A month ago I reviewed cell c about my contract which had ended in July but they were still charging me for, a consultant by the name of Mpho (who was very rude) called me and told me that my contract has been cancelled and they would no longer charge me for anything. He **** once again they debited R109 from my account. I am honestly fed up with cell c, pathetic service and poor network
