Charged but I don’t even have an account with Cell C

I don’t have a cell C account, and for some reason Cell C has been billing me for the past 3 months.

This is ***** at its best, can someone tell me how I can be billed by a company I don’t have an account with? If this doesn’t stop I’m going to report Cell C to ICASA
