Charge me with out contacting me

Dear Hello Peter I have found out that I was charged for a month to month contract for my data after my contract expired and it was cancelled I was not contacted at all to say do you want a month to month and this is what the charges will be, I refuse to pay this my debit order was for R118.00 per month for 2 years that can be confirmed when I took out the contract at Cell C in Three rivers not R298.00 per month this was the agreement <br> I have contacted Cell C in December , January and asked why I do not get my 2 gigs on my data stick they say I do receive it. <br> When I received my statement some how another person have used my data 24 hours per day over a period of 12 months they cat tell me who this is I was told in an email from Danielle Abrahams from Cell C nobody else could do this on my number it was me only. I leave home at 6h30 and return 18h00 or after, I am not good with the new technology I am so scared to use this stick and do the wrong thing
