Charge for services not supp****

On 14 June, while waiting to board a flight to Beijing, I contacted Cell C to establish what I needed to do to avoid incurring roaming charges while I was out of the country. I was informed that as I was not set up for international roaming I would not have to do anything. To my surprise I have been billed a substantial amount for data roaming. I tried taking it up with the Hemingway’s branch but told to do it online. I sent an email and received a response that it was being investigated but nearly a month later nothing has happened.
