Changing costs! 2 week waiting period!

Im actually so shocked that I have to write this about Cellc, I'm disgusted and disappointed, and I thought that there was nobody could actually treat their customers like this! I took a deal from Cellc called the 50GB nite and 50GB day time LTE ZTE router package, on the website 2 weeks ago deal was for R699 per month, I took the deal straight away, I called Cellc Direct spoke to Sipho and he finalised the deal, After 2 weeks of waiting for my device, after I had to follow up 4 times as to what is going on from Cellc side, i recieved my device on Friday, Only got it working today as their call center for activations don't work on weekends, but that was fine as i understand that, But now my device works today and I setup my new account, never before Have i been a Cellc customer this is all new to me, I create my account and setup my device, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CHARGING ME R1699 per month for a deal I chose for R699 per month! What is going on and how can you do this! R1000 more on a deal!! I have screenshots as proof of the R699 deal I signed for and All voice calls are recoded proving the R699 deal by the agent. im amazed this is how you treat new customers, im truly shocked
