Changing bank details

<p>I changed my bank account from a savings account to a current account, I went in to a cell c branch to change my bank details for the debit order, it was never changed I only found out because cell c sent a message that my account is behind and that my account will be stopped soon, they also proceeded to charge me 70 Rand return debit order from cell, I call in and they tell me I will have to pay the 70 Rand and they will debt my account 2 days later to try again, I ask could they confirm my details they said it shows blank, I need to rent a new place to stay now it will show red and I will get refused because of that red dot</p>
