Changing a stike date

I am absolutely livid this morning.<br> After phoning Cell C more than a month ago already to change my strike date to my surprise this month once again they strike my account on the 25th.<br> Not to even mention that I phoned Vodacom on the very same day and they immediately changed the date and I have had no problems since.<br> After spending nearly and hour on the phone with Cell C this morning having the phone call dropped twice I now know that no my strike date was not changed and no I cannot cancel my account because of their incompetence my account is in arrears.<br> Also their supervisors are to busy to speak with me and even if they do speak with me they can apparently not help me according to their call centre staff.<br> Cell C has seen the last of me.
