Changed the terms of contract
After speaking to one of your very \helpful"consultants he was unable to advise why the terms of my contract have being changed.<br> The agreement between me and yourselves is that I pay R399 pm yet now I'm now being billed R409pm???<br> <br> Please advise where I agreed to this."""

The terms and conditions have not changed. Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
