Changed my contract installments without my consent.
I have escalated this matter last year and no resolution. I signed a contract that would cost me under R300 monthly. Cellc increased my monthly installments to approx R460 without my permission or any explanation why. I then canceled my insurance which brought an unlaw bill down to 406. 54 now I get a notification that this month I will be billed R420.58. Why does my bill keep increasing? Im on a prepaid contract.
