Change of Tarriff

I have a major complaint with Cellc. I checked my balance this morning to see how much data i have left and i was shocked to see that my bill to pay is R199.
I signed a 2 year contract for R189pm. When i phoned customer care this morning to query this, i was advised that Cellc has changed their tarriffs. To me, that is a breach of contract. If they can change their tarriffs whenever they want to, then surely they should give us the option to either carry on with the contract or to cancel it. With this new tarriff, they can change it whenever they want. Which means i pay R199 this month and then next month it can change to R299. Their so called terms and conditions.
I am sorry, but this was not what i signed up for. I have a budget every month and now i have to worry where another R10 a month must come from...If i could cancel my contract with cellc with immediate affect, i would. I will NEVER sign another contract with them again. They have lost a customer. SHOCKING service.
