CHANGE OF DR ORDER WITHOUT PERMISSION
I did an upgrade about 2 months ago - the only thing that should have changed is my contract and i received a new phone. On Saturday I realized the only debit order which did not deduct is Cell C and I called 140
I was assisted by people who did not know what they were doing and was placed on hold for various lengths of time. I was to get a call back 15 min after my initial call and then only received a call after 11am which was very distracting as I had a class i was attending at that time.
I was then promised a call back by 2h30 but this happended at 2pm while i was still in my class, I did request my convenient time to be called back at 2h30.
still nothing was resolved by 2h00 and was informed I would get a call back at 2pm on Sunday, which also never happened
Today I wen to the store at N1 City Mall Cape Town and wanted to discuss this with the gentleman who sold the contact to me, according to Durban staff the error was on N1 City side.
I asked his colleagues to ask that he calls me back... its 2 hours later and I am still waiting.
Who gave anyone the right to change my salary date? Cell C already wastes my time when i call in and asks me ********** 0 questions which i answer, then wastes my time further by asking if there are any changes????
when did I ever mention that my debit order date must be changed. Who is responsible for this and going forth Cell C will NOT be deducting any monies. Seeing that Cell C does things without my permission, you will NOT deduct anything from me ever again - I WILL MAKE my OWN PAYMENTS GOING FORTH!!
I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS ERROR IMMEDIATELY!!!
