Change of Debit Order

<p>Every month is a constant battle for my debit orders to go off on time due to that fact my company pays late. My company have asked for me to please change all my debit orders to the 15th as client payments are coming through late. All my creditors have gladly changed my debit order with no compliant. Unfortunately Cell C seem to be having some difficulty doing so. I am aware that I have a debit order now end May and have requested to pay 15th next month and moving forward all debit orders moving on. However, the supervisor said by me doing this, my line will be cut all the time. He also said I was behind in a payment and looking back on my statement this amount was taken off end March already so I am not understanding why they are taking it off now again. As I have said to the supervisor, I want to pay my account no problem and want to make sure it is paid in full every month, however I cannot do so on the 1st of each month but the 15th. I am prepared to pay a little for prorata if I have to as I understand there might be a little extra charge. Honestly I was the phone for over 20min and the conversation had no point to it all. Just extremely disappointed on Cell C and how they are not willing to help their clients. And the fact that they are trying to debit my account to which they have already taken the money in March already. Fall information and false advertising. Will not recomment Cell C to anyone.</p>
