Change data plan without notice

<p>i have been with Cellc for a while, first i have been on the giga 20 contract that is 5+15gig for R199, but i had no lte on that package so they moved me to a data contract topup that is the same as the giga20 !! Thids morning when i log in i saw that there is a change that it is now only 5+5 gig, so who gave them authotiy to change it. this is unacceptable now getting less for the same price!!!!</p>
