CFIBRE/ OPENSERVE

Worst service ever - Been waiting for over a month to get a fibre line installed at my house. Between Openserve and C fibre they keep on passing the bucket as to who's fault it is.

Doesn't matter how many times I follow up - NO answers nor feedback are reverted back to me from either the c fibre consultant, myfibre or support. When I try to contact Openserve, they just say that they work directly with ISPs only.

SO who do I talk to?? Who will actually try to do something. Just to say it takes between 4-6 weeks is not good enough. I'm past 4 weeks already without any feedback. No call from openserve and no feedback from cell c/ c fibre's side.
