CFIBRE - NO SERVICE
Worst experience ever!
I have a contract with Cell C Cfibre and I have not had any luck with anything there
Issues to be listed from Most recent downward 1) I have been struggling from 24 July to move my contract to my new address! I have been without Internet since that date! I have addressed it with team members there however my queries are not attended to and today was the worst. I asked for an update on the case and I simply got a response case closed!!!! For both these months I have been charged by CellC
2)I had several connection issues with them where their router just deleted my IP and they just didn't give a rat's *** and just told me I must go cancel my contract. To which they wanted to charge me 3k exit fee.
3)They went to list my account as outstanding by the credit bureaus whilst I was in good standing!
From accounts team right down to technical support no help!!z
