CFibre, always going down

In the last 2 months, my internet has gone down 2 dozen times. Phone them and they blame openserve, which is strange cause neighbours with Telkom are connected. Tweet them and you wait. The service is good when it works. The customer services feels like you're being **** to. But the connection is constantly dropping. Oh, and they refuse to let you change your username and password.

Overall, I think I'll be looking around for another ISP.
