Celphone screen broke and gave in forquoterepair

my sons phone fell and in beginning of Jan2015 gave in for a quote they say a quote takes 21day??? After a month we phoned and about 10days after that only received it for +- R3800. He asked that the phone must be send back and waited 3 weeks and then went back and said just fix it as the phone was still not returned. They said it will again take 21days. that was 3 weeks ago.NOW today he receives an sms refno. CLC*** to say if he accept tha quote or not so what is that now going to take a nother 21 days because the repairs dep. can not tell me. this will then be the 4th month!!! O, the amoumt is now R2727.00 after complaining??? When I phoned today now for the fist time they want to know how he is paying. Add is to his account then he can pay is when he picks up the phone after he made sure it is fixed!!!!This is bad bad service. I have Voda com accounts and mtn and there help and sercive is very good!!!!!!
