Cells C over 3 months no feedback, but they want to hand me over

I received a call from laywers this morning, you guys are quick to hand me over for your wrong doings, im so ready to fight this battle. the lady also has a bad attitude, is this how you try to collect your monnies. Cell C please note that you made this perfect account a disater, its more than three months and no one from Cell C got in contact with me, please coorect your mistakes before handing me over, also when you get someone to call make sure they ahev all the facts, dont call me and expect me to explain this situation that is bewen ongoing.
