Cellplone insurance cancellation

I was told by the agent that my insurance is cancelled due to the closed bank account. I was not even informed about the matter, one just got an sms that the policy is closed. On the sms I was told I should call in if I want to restart the policy but yet the agent told me I can not do that. I want Cell C insurance department to attend the matter urgently and I want a copy of the old policy since it was done telephonic. Again I want the policy to be reinstated!
