Cellphone sent in for repairs comes back with more damage
<p>I sent my BlackBerry for repairs on 7 July through The Workshop branch. The device had a screen problem only and that's all I asked cell c to fix. </p> <p> </p> <p>Stupid cell c repair centre updates software on my phone without my consent and I lose all my important data. </p> <p> </p> <p>What's more disgusting is that now the headset jack and volume up button are also not working properly. This is ****ing disgusting cell c. Now I have second hand wrecked up cellphone. </p>
