Cellphone returning from cellc repair centre

Ive sent my phone in for repairs with the couriers, received a sms that my phone is done and ready for collection at the store i booked it in. cant get hold of repair center as call drops every time. I'm frustrated and furious need urgent feedback regards delivery of my phone,contact center not any help at all as they advise repair centre has no direct line
