CELLPHONE REPAIRS no respond from the dealer

took in my phone blackberryz3 on the 29/01/2016 for repairs,got the receipt to say the phone is in for repairs and will take 21 day of repairs.i then went back on the 22of February to check how far and i was told the phone cant be repaired while i waited for 20 minutes to be helped.i was told that i need to go back to where i signed y contract which is Balfour park branch, i immediately went to Balfour and was told by the dealer that they are the new owners its a franchise, they took my numbers and promised to phone me re the feedback from head office and i'm still waiting for the phone call,i wen back to green stone after 2 days and tshidi phoned head office and they said the money of the phone was refunded into the balfour park branch on the 15 February and said to me that he will get back to re an email that confirmed that i need to get a new phone amounting the z3.i'm still waiting for tshidi to come back to me and i'm not happy because i'm still paying for the phone i don't have with m..and im tired of phoning and going up and down while service i get is not right.after all greenstone took the phone in why must i run around and go to balfour, they need to sort out this proble
