cellphone repair by cell c

I have a Samsung j5 still new screen crack of screen gets very hot, so I token it in to cell c at wonder park.<br> so it went to repair shop and thy told me that the screen crack be cause of human nuclides and its gone cost <br> me R1085.00 so I told the this phone is still under warranty,5 days later thy let me no my phone is ready for collection so I went to collect my phone and it was still the same , and I think that phone was never at there repair shop , cell c is easy to get contract from but if same thing go wrong with your phone they yeast pull there shoulder up.
