My Fibre contract ended and I even paid extra on the last instalment. suddenly my internet stopped working. I called customer care to ask what's the issue. I was told the 12 month contract is over and my services have been terminated. If i want to continue service I should sign a new contract. I went to another service provider.

Now for some reason I'm on ITC because of some outstanding money I apparently owe Cell C. If anything they owe me because I paid extra on my last instalment before they terminated my services.

Im trying to get hold of their legal department without any luck. They have affected my credit scoring. Don't ever sign any contract with them Cell C will ruin your name.

i was told i might get better luck with a response from them if i complain on this forum.
