cellphone contract

i send this email below still no respond . am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on 21 August 2021 . This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of your employees named SG Sikonde . I took a cellphone contract on the 21 August 2021.

I returned back on the 22 August 2021 to cancel the contract reason being that the promise to give me 120 GB DATA. I took the contract because of the 120 GB that I was promised. I went back again on the 23 of August 2021 to cancel the contract. The employees refused to assist me. He **** to me about the 120 GB data they said the will offer me. I was offer this contract based on lies.
