Cellphone contract cancellation

Bad service for cancelling contract with Cell C, they renew contract without my knowledge and it is not easy to cancel as they charge a lot of money to cancel. when i paid cancellation fee they debited it saying i have arrears which i already paid. it sucks bigtime if i manage to cancel i will never do business with them or recommend anyone to do business with them,
