Cellphone contract breached

I recently opened a contract for an Apple iphone 5s at the Vincent Park Cell C branch. The phone just started becoming hot and the screen became blurry, bare in mind the phone wasnt dropped or anything. I took it back to Cell C and was in an argument with the staff there about why my phone was like that and i told them that they should fix it. The shop rep i got the contract phone just left me unattended & the phone was taken in.This was 2 months ago. Now I refuse to pay for this cellphone for this past month as I am without a cellphone and if i dont pay then im scared Cell C blacklists me at the credit bureau where my name is in a good state.<br> I want to cancel this contract then they keep they phone cause it doesnt look like they plan on returning it anytime soon and its unfair to pay for a comlntract you not using. All those minutes are just going to waste every month.<br> When i tell them i want to cancel the contract at the shop they say ill need to pay a commitment fee which is not on as i paid last month for a phone im not using and refuse to pay this month.<br> My number is ***
