Cellphone contract and insurance

I sent the phone P30, for repairs since it was still under warranty and insured as well. They filled another paper to the insurer and sent it and nothing was done with no tangible reasons as to why not. Contract expired I cancelled it but they blacklisted me and say I still owe them when I have the contract that expired, and that's crippling my credit score.
